Christopher Boehm
Commander Boehm is native of St. Louis, MO. He graduated from the United States Naval Academy in May 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Economics. He also holds a Masters of Science in Leadership and Business Ethics from Duquesne University and a Masters of Art in Military Operational Art and Science from Arizona State University/Air University.
CDR Boehm’s operational assignments include: USS Cape St. George (CG 71) as the Electrical Officer, Main Propulsion Division Officer and Repair Officer, USS Dewey (DDG 105) as the Damage Control Assistant, USS DeWert (FFG 45) as the Chief Engineer, and Commander Amphibious Squadron Six (CPR 6) as the Material and Logistics Officer (N4). Most recently, he served at the Executive Officer onboard the USS Lewis B Puller (ESB 3) Blue Crew. Ashore, he served as an Advanced Naval Leadership Professor and the Assistant Chair in the Department of Naval Leadership, Ethics and Law at the United States Naval Academy. He also served a second tour at the United States Naval Academy as the Director of Naval Academy Sailing, Adjunct Professor of Advanced Naval Leadership, Waterfront Readiness Maintenance Officer and Deputy Director of Waterfront Readiness.
CDR Boehm is currently the Executive Officer of NROTC University of Maryland Consortium.
His personal decorations include the Meritorious Service Medal, Navy Commendation Medal (five awards), Navy Achievement Medal, and various unit, campaign, and service awards.
